1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Liity mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Semir Teskeredzic ("Developer", "we", "us").

2. Description of the service

Liity is a sports activity invitation platform that allows users to create, discover, and join sports activities and events. The App is available on iOS and is provided free of charge. No in-app purchases, advertisements, gambling, or betting features are included.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended only for persons who are at least 13 years old, or such higher age as may be required to form a binding contract, consent to online data processing, or otherwise use similar services in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be fully responsible for your use of the App and any breach of these Terms. Liity reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user who does not meet these requirements.

4. User accounts

To use certain features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information (name and email address).
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Liity to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent activity listings.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the App.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. User-generated content

By posting activities, events, or other content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the App. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Notifications

As part of the App's core functionality, we send push notifications and emails (such as activity invitations, reminders, and updates). These are functional communications, not marketing. You can manage push notification preferences in your device settings.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the App, including its design, code, branding, and content produced by us, are owned by or licensed to Semir Teskeredzic. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Participation in sports activities arranged through Liity is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from activities organised through the App.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Semir Teskeredzic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
